Individual Undergraduate Student Programs (URSP, Travel)

Students as Scholars is designed to increase support for individualized undergraduate scholarship (research and creative activities) at Mason.  Links to a couple of the new programs are below.
  • The Undergraduate Research Scholars Program (URSP, formerly known as the Undergraduate Apprenticeship Program) provides the opportunity for undergraduate students and their faculty mentors to engage in original research or creative projects with one another, and we are expanding this program to support additional projects. The Spring 2012 URSP application is available.  For more information about these individual student opportunities, please read the URSP FAQs. The deadline is November 30th, 2011.
  • Learn about the Undergraduate Student Travel Fund for students to present the results of their undergraduate research or creative project. The next deadline for travel funding is in February 24th, 2012, and applications should be received at least a month before you plan to travel.
